The Boat House is an adults-only hostel in downtown Cancún, a 2-minute walk from Parque Las Palapas and 9 minutes from Mercado Plaza 28. Here you live Cancún as the locals do, with restaurants and bars just steps away.
We have a terrace with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill, and a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, toaster oven, rice cooker, microwave and utensils. Wi-Fi is free and faster than 50 Mbps in the rooms.
All rooms have air conditioning and are soundproofed, with hypoallergenic bedding. We clean every day, our staff speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese, and we offer an airport transfer 24 hours a day, on request.

We are in downtown Cancún, a 2-minute walk from Parque Las Palapas, close to public transport that takes you to the beach, Mercado 28 and the airport. A few minutes away you have the Ki-Huic Crafts Market, the Palacio Municipal and Mercado Plaza 28.
From Cancún International Airport you arrive by taxi or by car in about 17 minutes, or with our transfer, on request. The ADO bus terminal is close to the hostel, and public transport takes you to the beach and to Mercado 28.
